Cloud infrastructure & Kubernetes

A solid platform.
Room to
move forward.

Design, migrate and operate cloud infrastructure that fits your workload. We connect architecture, Kubernetes and delivery so your team can get on with building.

Make the system work for the team

Less friction.
A clearer way
to production.

Cloud complexity often sits between teams, tools and decisions. We look at the whole system, then focus on the changes that matter to your business.

  • Design or improve your foundation

Architecture, infrastructure as code, access controls, networking and a review of costs and dependencies.

  • Move workloads with a plan

Map dependencies, test the migration and define recovery steps before switching production traffic.

  • Make deployments repeatable

Connect source control, environments and delivery pipelines so releases follow a documented process.

  • Keep the platform running

Patching, backups, monitoring and incident response during agreed business hours.

Choose the foundation

One workload.
More than one way.

There is no default answer to where Kubernetes should run. Explore the two approaches, then we can work through the fit for your team.

A managed Kubernetes foundation.

Use EKS, GKE or AKS when a provider-managed control plane fits your requirements. We handle the architecture, delivery workflows and day-to-day platform work around it.

Start where
you are.

A defined assessment, a planned build, or ongoing operations. Each starts with a clear scope and agreed responsibilities.

Partner-delivered engagements

AWS infrastructure improvements, application development, delivery automation and operational support across automotive projects.

Volkswagen and Bentley work through they Consulting; additional Volkswagen work through Lufthansa Industry Solutions. Selected experience from individual engagements.

Before we talk

A few good
questions.

Can you take over an existing platform?

Yes. We first review access, architecture, deployments, backups and current issues. That gives us a basis for agreeing the transition and ongoing responsibilities.

Does ongoing management include monitoring?

Yes, monitoring is part of the agreed operations scope. We do not sell it as a separate monitoring subscription.

Is Kipper required for your Kubernetes service?

No. We work with EKS, GKE, AKS and existing Kubernetes setups. Kipper is one option, assessed against the requirements of your project.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

The operations starting price covers business-hours incident response. It does not include a 24/7 service commitment.

What are you
working on?

A new product, a platform that needs attention, or an AI idea worth exploring. Let's talk it through.
