No. You send an enquiry, an engineer replies with a quote, and Labb Consulting places the order for you after payment. That is slower than a shop by a day or two and it means the tenant is set up by someone who has done it many times.
Same license, same price, and a person who sets the tenant up, migrates your mail and answers support questions. One invoice covers all of it.
Yes. A common set-up is Business Standard for office staff and Exchange Online Kiosk for people who only need mail on a phone.
Yes. You accept a partner relationship request, and new licenses are ordered through Labb Consulting from then on. Existing subscriptions move at their renewal date.
Upgrades, for example from Basic to Standard, are possible at any time. Downgrades take effect at the renewal date of the subscription.
